would you install owner-bought parts I’ve got with discount?
Yes, we install car-parts you’ve purchased yourself. However you have to know the exact parts that you need and be sure that they are good quality.
We work with whole sale parts suppliers and offer competitive parts prices.
how often should the oil in a car be changed?
That is determined by the manufacturer, according to time and/or mileage. In average the engine oil should be changed every 8,000 – 12,000 kilometers, depending on the car maintenance requirements, or every year.
am I permitted to the repair shop?
You are welcome in our repair shop where you can follow repairs done to your car or bike. We will be happy to answer your questions.
what is the delivery time of spare parts?
Most parts needed for car maintenance are available in our shop. Lead time for the average parts is ~1 hour. In some exceptional cases our suppliers might need up to a week for delivery of a special order.
what happens to old parts removed from my car?
You receive back all parts that we disassemble from your car or bike. Then you can decide whether they should be thrown away.
what is checked at MOT?
The Dutch Ministry of Transport test is an annual test of vehicle safety and environmental standards. MOT test list includes inspection of: brakes, suspension, shock absorbers, tires, steering, lights, bodywork, exhaust emissions and vehicle identification.
It is not the same as having your vehicle serviced and doesn’t check its general mechanical condition.
what if some unexpected repairs have not been included into initial offer?
We would always contact you prior to any additional repairs would be performed.
